Hi, I'm Cindy. I'm an independent Property and Casualty insurance professional with over 12 years of experience in personal injury and workers' compensation. That experience taught me how important it is to have the right coverage in place, and how coverage decisions can impact people when they need protection the most.

My goal is to make insurance simple and stress-free by educating my clients and helping them make confident decisions.

The name N&C Barski Insurance Advisors has a special meaning to me, it represents my children's initials, along with my maiden name, Barski, in honor of my late father and the legacy he left behind. My children are my greatest motivation, and building something that reflects family, trust, and protecting what matters most is deeply meaningful to me. These are values my father instilled in me and continue to guide me today.
